Terms and conditions of sale

This is a courtesy translation; the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of personalised astrological readings (digital documents in PDF format) by Mon Thème Astral (micro-entreprise) to any consumer customer.

2. Products and prices

  • Full birth chart reading: 29 € incl. VAT (25 to 35 pages, delivery within 2 hours)
  • Baby birth chart: 29 € incl. VAT (20 to 25 pages, delivery within 2 hours)
  • Birth chart to gift: 29 € incl. VAT (25 to 35 pages, delivery within 2 hours)
  • Couple chart (synastry): 49 € incl. VAT (30 to 40 pages, delivery within 2 hours)
  • Live chart reading (video call): 49 € incl. VAT (30 min + summary, delivery slot within 7 days)

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, where relevant).

3. Order and payment

The order is confirmed after payment by bank card via Stripe, or by secure payment link sent by e-mail. The customer undertakes to provide accurate birth data.

4. Delivery

The reading is delivered by e-mail as a PDF within the stated time (2 hours for every reading), from receipt of payment and complete data. If data is incomplete, the time runs from its receipt.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications and clearly personalised, nor to digital content whose performance has begun with the consumer's agreement. By confirming the order, the customer accepts that production begins immediately and waives their right of withdrawal.

6. Quality guarantee

In the event of a calculation error attributable to the seller, or of a passage lacking clarity, the reading is corrected or completed free of charge on simple request to contact@monthemesastral.fr.

7. Intellectual property

The delivered reading is intended for the personal use of the customer or of the person it is given to. Its resale or public distribution is prohibited.

8. Nature of the service

Astrological readings are tools for self-knowledge and personal development. They constitute neither medical advice, nor legal or financial advice, nor a prediction.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; the customer may, free of charge, turn to a consumer mediator (contact details provided on request at contact@monthemesastral.fr; appointment of an approved mediator in progress) or to the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
