Frequently asked questions
What do I need to know to gift a birth chart?
The person's date, time and city of birth. If you don't know the time, the reading is written without Ascendant or houses; you can also give a gift card and let the person enter their own data.
How can I gift it if I don't know the time of birth?
Choose the gift card option when ordering (mention it in the “questions” field): you receive a printable voucher, and the person sends us their data whenever they like.
Can it be delivered directly to the recipient?
Yes. Give their e-mail and the desired sending date in the “questions or expectations” field: the PDF goes out on the day with your message.
